Electric shock is a condition that occurs when there is a flow of electricity current through that body. If an electric current passes through the human body, muscles are stimulated. If the muscles that open the figures and extend the limbs away from the body are tetanized, the victim is propelled away from the current source, sometimes as much as few meters. A current of more than 10mA causes sustained contraction of the flexors, that is, the muscles that close fingers and draw the limbs towards the body. Light through water travels at about 220,000,000 m/s. A raindrop is travelling at about 10 m/s. When the light crosses a raindrop, the drop falls less than 1 nanometer. Compared to sunlight, raindrop is basically still. Although the light is dragged along with the raindrop somewhat, it doesn’t cause any noticeable effects. 23/09/2013
